What is Algebra 2?OK. So what are you going to learn here? You are going to learn about Numbers, Polynomials, Inequalities, Sequences and Sums, many types of Functions, and how to solve them. You will also gain a deeper insight into Mathematics, get to practice using your new skills with lots of examples and questions, and generally improve your mind. With your new skills you will be able to put together mathematical models so you can find good quality solutions to many tricky real world situations Need Extra Help? Missed a Test?If you need extra help, please speak to Mrs. Green. An Intervention class can be scheduled for you to help things "make more sense." There is free tutoring available in the Trojan Learning Center and from the National Honor Society. Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to ask for help and make proper arrangements to receive help. If you missed a test, you will have to make it up in the Trojan Learning Center with Mrs. Goodner on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class time cannot be given to makeup tests, as you will become even further behind in coursework. |

Intervention Classes are a MustIf you are struggling in class and your grades are below minimum expectations, you will be required to attend intervention classes during 7th period until your grades improve. Failure to attend scheduled intervention classes is considered skipping class and will warrant a WBC referral. Please understand that this is an ASH policy.
